I wrote this story in a day. It took two to edit it and fix it up. A little time to beef up its imagery and to keep my usual... rather soft language. Again, this is only for older people, so shame on you kids for reading it.

I wanted to write a stroy about dreams. A place where dreams, any dream at all, could come true. Where you could become a bird. Where ermines become men. A place where no fantasy could not be embraced.

I wanted something magical. Not overly magical where the love was only secondary. Nor would it be all about the sex. Something that would bring two lovers together. Where their passion was so strong you could feel it, but did not overwhelm the story. I simply wanted to create something beautiful, and I hope that I did.

{"From beneath the cove". A love story about the Prince and the object of his affections. She is unawares, however. Though she has come to love him with all of her heart. She goes so far to be with him for only one night, that in a place where dreams come true one night, she is lifted above the waves to touch the sun she could never reach on her own.
